About Joseph
Joseph (Joe, Pepe) Cuby was born in 1944 to Gibraltarian parents Jack and Raquel Cuby. He has two younger brothers, Sidney and David.

Joe is a loving husband, father and grandfather and has since relocated back to his home country of Gibraltar. He loves to watch sport, discuss topical news headlines, listen to audio books and spend time with his family and friends.

I always liked this actor. My favourite role he played was as Joseph in a Beautiful Movie filmed in Italy in 1960 with Lili Palmer. Conspiracy of Hearts.
ReplyDeleteI always wanted to ask how or If he enjoyed working on that tender but sad film especially working with Ronald Lewis who convincingly played an Italian Major.
I wish Joseph well.
Anthony Lisanti

DeleteMy friend and I were discussing Conspiracy of Hearts has been repeatedly shown on British TV. We were much moved by the scene involving the rabbi's murder so skillfully played by David Kossoff. What are your memories of this scene?
ReplyDeleteI am watching Joe in Episode #5 of The Saint right now. it runs on the roku Channel here in the States. He reminds me a bit of the young Al Pacino. They could have played brothers in a film
ReplyDeleteI am writing from Panamá, in Central America, to say hello to Mr. Joseph Culby and tell him that I have liked the films I have seem with him, in particular "Nine Hours to Rama", in which his role was highly moving and convincing, as the Hindi boy interrogated by José Ferrer; and also "Conspiracy of Hearts", which also reminds me of my mother, who adored this movie. I also saw "To Sir, with Love" and his appearance in an episode of "The Saint". Hope you are doing well. Best wishes, Edgar (Soberon Torchia).
